This zone is similar to <<<DISCRETE_CLUST_3>>> with the difference being that Discrete-open3 signifies more space between <BUILDING>s, and often more <VEGETATION>. Spacing between <BUILDING>s is 13 metres or greater, with <BUILDING>s being 1 to 3 <FLOOR_LEVEL>s. |
