Concept definition: The type of conspicuousness of an <OBJECT>. Conspicuous means the <OBJECT> is easily identifiable and plainly visible under varying conditions from <HARBOUR>s, approach <WATER_CHANNEL>s, or offshore because of its size, shape, <<HEIGHT_ABOVE_SURFACE_LEVEL>>, colour, or composition.
