Exceptionally high <WATER_WAVE>s. A <WATERBODY_SURFACE> is completely covered with long, white patches of foam lying along the <DIRECTION> of the <WIND>; visibility reduced. <<MEAN_WAVE_HEIGHT>> of 15 metres (roughly 50 feet).
