Concept definition: Peaks up but the bottom rushes forward from under the <WATER_WAVE> and the <WATER_WAVE> slides up the face of the <BEACH> with little or no bubble production; surging. The <WATERBODY_SURFACE> remains almost flat except where ripples may be produced on the face of the <BEACH> during runback.
