Concept definition: <SOLID_PRECIPITATION> of very small opaque white <PARTICLE>s of <ICE> that fall from a <CLOUD> and are fairly flat or elongated with <<OUTSIDE_DIAMETER>>s generally less than 1 millimetre; snow grains. Snow grains are the solid equivalent of <DRIZZLE>.
