Concept definition: An imaginary air navigation OIS connecting the side of the <RUNWAY_APPROACH_OIS> to the sides of both the <RUNWAY_CONICAL_OIS> and <RUNWAY_OUTER_HORIZONTAL_OIS>; runway conical outer horizontal transitional OIS. This triangular <SURFACE> extends outward, perpendicular to the extended centre-line of the <RUNWAY> from the edges of the <RUNWAY_APPROACH_OIS>, at a 7 to 1 slope. The slope of this <SURFACE> is referenced to the centre-line of the <RUNWAY>.
