Concept definition: A white or milky and opaque granular deposit of <ICE> formed by the rapid freezing of supercooled drops of <WATER> as they impinge upon an exposed <OBJECT>; rime. It is denser and harder than <HOAR_FROST>, but lighter, softer, and less transparent than <ICE_GLAZE>.
