Concept definition: The <<GEODETIC_AZIMUTH>> measured in the local horizontal plane normal to the vertical axis of an <OBJECT> to the major (longitudinal) axis of the <OBJECT>; orientation angle. If the <OBJECT> is square, a value from 0 to 90 arc degrees (or equivalent) is recorded. If the <OBJECT> is circular, 360 arc degrees (or equivalent) is recorded.
