Concept definition: The highest <FLIGHT_LEVEL> assigned by air traffic control; maximum flight level. The values are expressed as flight level values by first dividing by 30,48 metres (100 feet) and then rounding to nearest 304,8 metres (1 000 feet) in accordance with the structure of the ICAO Standard Atmosphere. EXAMPLE The value for the 500 hectopascals level is 180,0, corresponding to the ICAO standard height 5 574 metres (18 289 feet).
