Concept definition: At a given <LOCATION>, the angle subtended at the geomagnetic axis between the geomagnetic midnight meridian and the meridian that passes through the given <LOCATION>, expressed as hours where 15 arc degrees is equivalent to 1 hour; magnetic local time. The geomagnetic meridian containing the sub-solar point defines geomagnetic local noon and the opposite meridian defines geomagnetic midnight.
