Concept definition: A number between 0 and 1 inclusive representing the linearly-scaled fractional intensity of external <LIGHTING> that is used to prevent collision with/between <VEHICLE>s; anti-collision light intensity. Zero means unlit and one means maximum intensity. Anti-collision light intensity is also known as brake light intensity.
