Concept definition: A <COMPONENT> of an <ATS_ROUTE> that is defined by two <LOCATION>s specified in a flight plan. These <LOCATION>s are either continental geographical <LOCATION>s, insular geographical <LOCATION>s, or <LOCATION>s at which a definite radio fix can be established.
